·       Power of Scripture to Transform: Faith, Freedom and Living Life to the Full: Archbishop Emeritus Sylvain Lavoie, OMI, leads three Thursday evening sessions – Feb. 6, 13 and 20 from 7 to 9 pm – on Scripture passages in which God meets our need to be loved, calms our inner storms and enables us to move from being stuck in grief to good grieving. Cost: $80.

Finding Serenity Through Surrender: A Recovery Retreat: This workshop/retreat is open to anyone interested in learning more about the addictive process, a spirituality of recovery, inner healing and the 12-Step program. The Feb. 7-8 event will focus on aspects of a life of sobriety that is joyful and free, serenity and surrender. Facilitators: Sylvain L. and Justin R. Cost for Live-ins, $150; Commuters, $100.

Slow Down Retreat Day: Em-Bodied Spirits: Embracing Our Physical Selves: Sandy Prather will lead the group in exploring the gift of our bodies with gratitude. Feb. 20, 9:30 am to 3:30 pm. Cost: $40.

Healing Through Celtic Spirituality: Fr. Matt Linn, SJ, leads a retreat focusing on how ancient Irish spirituality heals our relationship with creation, others, ourselves and God, who from the first moment saw that it was good. Feb. 28 to March 1. Cost: Live-in, $250; Commuters: $190.

Slow Down Day Retreat: Seven Sorrows of Mary: Sandy Prather reflects on this traditional devotion which portrays Mary as being pierced with seven swords, each representing a sorrow in her life. Thursday, March 12, 9:30 am to 3 pm. Cost: $40.

Mundane Mysteries: An Eco-Contemplative Bread-Making Retreat: Jodi Lammiman & Amy Spark of Refugia Retreats lead this Saturday, March 21 (9:30 am to 4:30 pm) of retreat, reflection and bread-making. Cost: $85 before Feb. 28 and $95 after Feb. 28.

Ignatian Prayer Retreat: Faith Nostbakken leads a weekend retreat (March 27 to 29) in the style of St. Ignatius of Loyola, which draws on his focus on Scripture as a source of prayer. Participants will be given guidelines about various ways of prayer that Ignatius emphasized which engage the mind and heart, the senses and the imagination. Cost: Live-in: $250; Commuter: $190.
