About the Role: this position is for someone who innovative, entrepreneurial and is passionate about food justice and dignity. This person requires someone who can develop strong collaborative partnerships with community agencies and would like to cultivate diverse skills sets. Important qualities include a person who is detail oriented, a strong problem solver, highly organized, has excellent interpersonal skills, patient and highly flexible. 

About Khair for All: Khair for All (KFA) is an affordable culturally relevant food box social enterprise. KFA will operate using a consolidated model involving a large network of intersectoral partners including community agencies serving racialized populations to provide holistic wrap around services to address the underlying issue of poverty and the Gud Box, a private business experienced in the commercial food sector to oversee KFA logistics and operations. 

Relationships | KFA will partner with existing community food box providers|community agencies in Edmonton to scale and consolidate efforts. By partnering we would operate out of one warehouse and create greater efficiencies by sourcing large quantities of food at the lowest prices and share back-end expenses. As a result, we increase access to affordable, culturally acceptable food to a greater number of foods insecure Edmontonians with greater efficiency, sector collaboration and reduce duplicative efforts and expenses.
